Caliber Collision is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Technician based in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will leverage your technical skills to assist customers, handle inquiries related to the Autel scanning unit, and resolve technology issues related to vehicles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of prior experience as a diagnostic technician.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to assist customers.
• Answer inbound and outbound phone calls in support of Autel scanning unit.
• Conduct research to explain and resolve technology issues on the vehicle.
