Job summary

Dent Wizard International is seeking a Paint Technician to join our field team. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential and the chance to work across dealer locations, rental agencies and auctions.

Expect a first-year earning range of $50,000–$75,000 with long-term potential well above $150,000 based on performance. Travel is required; you will perform touch-ups and repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Valid drivere219s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities.
• Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
• Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
• Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.
