Job summary
HealthDrive is seeking an Audiologist to work in the Milwaukee and Madison, WI areas. The role offers part-time or full-time schedules across multiple locations with a flexible, travel-friendly footprint in long-term care settings.
The Audiologist will conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, hearing aid fittings, and device adjustments, supported by an on-site administrative team and a proprietary EMR system. Candidates must hold an AuD/masters, CCC-A, and a valid state license.
Qualifications
- Masters or Doctorate in Audiology.
- CCC-A Certification (ASHA).
- Current State professional license.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide general audiology services to residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long term care facilities within a territory.
- Conduct pre-planned diagnostic audiological examinations at facilities by coordinating with facility staff.
- Perform hearing aid evaluations and repairs; dispense and adjust analog and digital devices.
- Enter patient information and complete required clinical documentation in the EMR system.
