Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a licensed Audiologist for full‑time work across the Milwaukee and Madison, WI areas. You will operate within a production‑based pay structure offering a $10k sign‑on bonus and mileage reimbursement.

The role includes autonomy, a comprehensive benefits package from day one, and no evening or weekend hours. Travel to skilled nursing facilities is required to serve an established patient base with full administrative support.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in Audiology.
• CCC-A certification from ASHA.
• Current state license and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide audiology services to residents in nursing homes and long‑term care facilities within an assigned territory.
• Perform pre-planned diagnostic audiological examinations and hearing aid evaluations.
• Dispense and adjust hearing aids and related devices; document in our EMR system.
