Job summary

HealthDrive Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Audiologist to serve residents in nursing homes, assisted living, and long-term care facilities across Milwaukee and Madison. The role offers a production-based pay structure (approximately $400+ per day), a $10k sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits from day one, mileage reimbursement, and dedicated support teams.

Travel is required daily within the territory and the person will work with an on-site EMR system and a supportive clinical

Qualifications

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in Audiology.
  • CCC-A –A classification from ASHA.
  • Current State professional license.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide audiology services to residents in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities within an assigned territory.
  • Conduct pre-planned diagnostic audiological examinations at facilities by interacting with staff.
  • Perform hearing aid evaluations, repairs, dispensing and adjustments of devices.
  • Enter patient information and complete required clinical documentation in the EMR system.
  • Daily travel to skilled nursing facilities within the territory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

HealthDrive is currently seeking an Audiologist to work Full-Time (5 Days per week) covering multiple locations across the Milwaukee and Madison, WI areas.

The Audiologist will provide general audiology services to the residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long term care facilities within an assigned territory.

Essential Functions
  • Conduct pre-planned comprehensive diagnostic audiological examinations at our facilities by interacting with both our facilities and staff
  • Performs hearing aid evaluations and repairs
  • Dispensing and adjusting analog and digital hearing aids as well as other amplification devices
  • Enters patient information and completes required clinical documentation in our cutting-edge EMR system.
  • Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in Audiology.
  • Required C.C.C. –A classification from ASHA
  • Current State professional license.
  • Valid driver’s license.
