Job summary

HealthDrive is seeking a licensed Audiologist to serve residents across Milwaukee and Madison area facilities. The role offers either part-time or full-time schedules (2–5 days per week) with a $10k sign-on bonus for 5 days per week.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate Degree in Audiology.
• CCC-A certification from ASHA.
• Current state professional license.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• The Audiologist will provide general audiology services to residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long term care facilities within an assigned territory.
• Pre-planned diagnostic audiological examinations at facilities by interacting with facilities and staff.
• Performs hearing aid evaluations and repairs.
• Dispensing and adjusting analog and digital hearing aids and other amplification devices.
• Enters patient information and completes required clinical documentation in the EMR system.
• Mobile model treatment of patients requires daily travel to skilled nursing facilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

HealthDrive is currently seeking an Audiologist to work Part-Time or Full-Time (2-5 Days per week) covering multiple locations across the Milwaukee and Madison, WI areas.

*$10k Sign On Bonus Available at 5 days per week (prorated for fewer days)*
