T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates to enhance customer engagement in retail environments. This role involves building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have a high school diploma and customer service experience. Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a high-traffic environment, are obsessed with the connected world, and continuously adapt to evolving technology, customer needs, and the retail experience. Mobile Associates excel at building and deepening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions, identifying needs, and educating, demonstrating, and recommending solutions. They aim to exceed performance targets by excelling in sales, providing exceptional customer experiences, and meeting quality of sale metrics.

Position is not DOT regulated or safety sensitive.
Hourly base pay is $17.50. During the first 90 days, training and incentive pay apply. After training, promotion to Mobile Expert offers an annual incentive target of $18,000. All employees are guaranteed at least $20/hour including incentives. Additionally, every employee is eligible for an annual stock grant.
