Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, excel at building customer relationships, and thrive in a high-traffic environment where technology and customer needs evolve.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Engage proactively with customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital self-serve tools to identify customer needs and demonstrate the value of our products and services, including guiding customers on how to use the T-Mobile app for self-service.
  3. Complete training on store experience, products, and systems; continuously improve skills; partner with nearby stores for customer onboarding; perform store procedures including securing kiosk assets.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by connecting personally, building rapport, and exceeding expectations. Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and perform price overrides when needed.
  5. Build relationships with store leadership and teams to support the customer experience from setup to support and account servicing.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Customer satisfaction focus and ability to connect authentically with customers.
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate.
  • Competitive sales drive and confidence in a fast-paced environment.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
