Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our in-store team in Colorado.

You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, use digital tools, educate on devices and apps, and drive solution-based selling to build relationships and satisfaction. During training you’ll earn hourly training pay and, after onboarding, become eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000, with a guaranteed minimum of $20 per hour including incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools, effective communication, education, and showcasing T‑Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process, employing solution‑based selling to recommend wireless and app‑centric solutions that deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, products, and processes; maintain knowledge of systems and reference resources; review personal results, current promotions, and Hub updates to remain customer‑ready. Participate in store operations, opening and closing procedures, and asset management.
• Demonstrate customer obsession by engaging personally, building rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction. Exceed sales activity by reaching out to potential customers, following up, capturing referrals, managing back‑back processes, and performing price overrides for specialty offers.
• Collaborate with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account set‑up through device support and account servicing.

Education and Work Experience

Compensation

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and hourly training pay. After training, associates promote to Mobile Expert and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year, with actual incentives varying based on performance and full‑time status. All employees are guaranteed at least $20 per hour, including base pay and incentives.
