Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They are ambassadors who generate energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in high-traffic environments, and excel at building customer relationships through meaningful interactions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Engage proactively with customers in a retail environment, utilizing digital tools to educate and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions to identify needs and recommend solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, and systems, and continuously improve skills to deliver excellent customer service.
4. Build rapport and trust with customers, follow up on sales, capture referrals, and manage customer relationships effectively.
5. Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and secure kiosk assets.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail experience preferred (Required)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Passion for customer satisfaction and ability to connect personally with customers (Required)
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and share best practices (Required)
• Competitive drive and confidence in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)

Hourly Pay: $20.00/hour plus $5.00 training pay during onboarding. After training, eligible for annual incentives up to $18,000/year, performance-based. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives and stock grants.
