T-Mobile seeks Mobile Associates to enhance customer engagement and drive sales in a retail environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma and experience in customer service or sales. Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in high-traffic environments, continuously evolving with technology innovations, customer needs, and the retail experience. They excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions, identifying customer needs, and educating, demonstrating, and recommending solutions. Mobile Associates are expected to exceed performance targets by doing things the right way—selling effectively, providing exceptional customer experiences, and meeting quality metrics.

Hourly Pay: $17.50/hr + $5.00/hr training pay. During the first 90 days, training pay applies. After promotion, eligible for annual incentives of approximately $18,000/year, with guaranteed minimum earnings of $20/hour including incentives. All employees are eligible for an annual stock grant.
