Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They focus on active customer engagement, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. These ambassadors thrive in high-traffic environments, building and deepening customer relationships through meaningful interactions, identifying needs, and recommending solutions. They excel at sales, providing exceptional customer experiences, and meeting quality metrics.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Engage proactively with customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions, identify customer needs, and demonstrate product value through solution-based selling.
  3. Complete training on store experience, products, systems, and processes; continually improve skills to enhance customer experience.
  4. Build rapport and trust with customers, follow up, manage referrals, and perform price overrides when necessary.
  5. Collaborate with nearby stores to support customer onboarding and store operations, including opening/closing procedures and security.
  6. Maintain a customer-obsessed attitude, connecting on a personal level and exceeding expectations.
  7. Support the customer journey from account setup to device support and account servicing.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Customer Satisfaction: Passionate advocate, balancing experience and performance.
  • Team Building: Willing to collaborate and share best practices.
  • Retail Sales: Competitive and confident in a fast-paced environment.
Licenses and Certifications
  • At least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Additional Details

Hourly pay starts at $17.50, with potential incentives and promotion to Mobile Expert after training. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), stock grants, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, family support, tuition assistance, and discounts.
