T-Mobile is seeking Mobile Associates to enhance customer engagement in retail environments. These associates will be responsible for promoting products, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a high-traffic environment, are obsessed with the connected world, and excel at building and deepening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions. They are passionate about educating, demonstrating, and recommending solutions to meet customer needs. Mobile Associates aim to exceed their performance targets by excelling in sales, providing exceptional customer experiences, and meeting quality of sale metrics.

Hourly Base Pay: $17.50
Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for incentive pay while completing training milestones. Afterward, they can promote to Mobile Expert with an annual incentive target of $18,000, depending on performance. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour including base pay and incentives. Additionally, every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
