Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) are brand ambassadors working as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and focus on creating meaningful connections with customers. This role emphasizes learning and skill development, preparing associates for advancement to Mobile Expert. Successful completion of new employee training is required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in-store, online, or through Customer Care, and demonstrating the latest technology and accessories.
2. Utilize digital tools to inform customers about coverage, plans, and services, and stay updated on wireless innovations.
3. Collaborate with team members across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, support team initiatives, and foster an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
• Passion for customer advocacy and enjoyment of connecting with others (Required)
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
• Willingness to learn and share ideas with peers and leaders (Required)
• Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals (Required)

Additional Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Employment Details

Hourly pay starts at $17.50. During the first 90 days, associates receive training and are eligible for incentive pay. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, an annual incentive target of $18,000 applies, with total earnings guaranteed at $20/hour including incentives. All employees are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
