Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. Passionate about technology and customer service, they thrive in a fast-paced environment where they build relationships, educate customers, and recommend solutions. This role is designed for learning, with new associates working with their team to develop skills for advancement to Mobile Expert. Successful completion of new employee training is required.

Hourly Pay: $17.50 + $5.00 training pay; after training, eligible for incentives up to $18,000/year; guaranteed minimum $20/hour including incentives. All employees are eligible for stock grants.
