Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. Passionate about technology and customer service, they thrive in a fast-paced environment where they build relationships, educate customers, and recommend solutions. This role is designed for learning, with new associates working with their team to develop skills for advancement to Mobile Expert. Successful completion of new employee training is required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement: Build proficiency in serving and selling by providing a world-class experience, helping customers continue their shopping journey, demonstrating technology, and offering personalized solutions.
2. Digital Tools Usage: Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services, complete training, and learn about innovations.
3. Relationship Building: Partner with team members across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and support team initiatives.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail preferred.
