Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) are part of a Retail Team of Experts, serving as brand ambassadors who energize our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, building strong connections with customers by understanding their needs and demonstrating our latest technology solutions. This role is designed for learning, with new associates working closely with their team to develop skills for advancement to Mobile Expert. Successful completion of training is required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with shopping experiences, demonstrating technology, and offering personalized solutions including accessories and IoT devices.
2. Utilize digital tools to showcase coverage, plans, and services, and stay informed about wireless innovations.
3. Collaborate with team members and other channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, resolve issues, and support team initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
• Passionate about customer advocacy and having fun while connecting (Required)
• Proven success in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work collaboratively and balance customer needs with performance goals (Required)

Additional Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting hourly pay is $17.50, with on-the-job training and incentive opportunities. Upon promotion to Mobile Expert, eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives. Additionally, all employees are eligible for stock grants.
