About TheCARDBoardProject:

TheCARDBoardProject is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to bridging the digital gap within underserved communities of South Dallas. Technology is essential for many aspects of life, but for many, access is limited. These limitations hinder education, healthcare, and economic growth. Our initiatives include providing physical access to technology, addressing 'desert' Wi-Fi zones, and connecting individuals to opportunities and resources.

Who We Are Looking For:

We seek virtual MDC Hotline team members to engage with guests via video conference, assess their needs, and connect them to resources.

Requirements:

• Proficient computer skills with Office 365 and related applications
• Typing speed of 35 WPM or above
• Calm and even-tempered demeanor
