Job Overview

Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They live and breathe T-Mobile! They're brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They are obsessed with the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with our customers, and their ability to build new and deepen existing relationships is unmatched across the wireless industry. They're experts in uncovering our customers' needs and have a passion to educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. Mobile Experts do it the right way, meeting performance targets including sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty.
  2. Consistently leveraging digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
  3. Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, and processes, knowledge of systems, and reference resources.
  4. Making the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
  5. Partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.
Education and Work Experience
  1. High School Diploma/GED (Required).
  2. 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience Required.
  3. 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred (Preferred).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  1. Customer Satisfaction: Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with our customers. Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals. (Required)
  2. Team Building: Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team. Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. (Required)
  3. Retail Sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. (Required)

Compensation

Hourly Base Pay: $17.50

Annual Incentive Target: $18,000

Successful candidate’s actual incentive earnings vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
