Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) are part of our Retail Team of Experts, serving as brand ambassadors who energize customers about our products and services. They thrive in fast-paced environments, building strong relationships through education, demonstrations, and personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices. This role focuses on learning and development, preparing associates for advancement to Mobile Expert after training completion.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with online, in-store, and Customer Care shopping experiences.
• Demonstrate products and explore customer needs to recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions and educate about coverage, plans, and services.
• Complete training on store operations, systems, and product knowledge.
• Build relationships across channels, resolve issues, and support team initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in retail

Compensation and Benefits
