Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously evolving with technology innovations and customer needs. They focus on building connections with customers, uncovering their needs, and educating them about device and service solutions. This role is designed for learning, with new associates working with their team to build skills and prepare for advancement to Mobile Expert. Successful completion of new employee training is required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Service and Sales: Build proficiency in serving and selling by providing a world-class customer experience, helping customers continue their shopping journey, demonstrating technology, and offering personalized solutions.
2. Digital Tool Utilization: Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, explain plans and services, complete training, and learn about innovations.
3. Relationship Building: Partner with other T-Mobile employees to ensure a seamless customer experience, support team initiatives, and create an inclusive environment.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred

Hourly Pay: $21.00 plus $5.00 training pay during onboarding. After training, eligible for an incentive target of $18,000/year, with guaranteed minimum earnings of $20/hour including incentives. All employees are eligible for an annual stock grant.
