Job Overview

Mobile Associates (MA) are part of a Retail Team of Experts, serving as brand ambassadors who energize our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, building meaningful connections with customers, understanding their needs, and educating them on device and service solutions. This role is designed for learning and growth, with new associates working closely with their team and completing training to advance to a Mobile Expert position.

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store, and demonstrating the latest technology.
2. Utilize digital tools to showcase coverage, plans, and services, and complete training on store experiences and systems.
3. Build relationships across channels, collaborate with team members, and support initiatives to create an inclusive environment.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Passionate about customer advocacy and having fun while connecting.
• Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a sales environment.
• Willingness to learn and share ideas with peers and leaders.

Position Type: Hourly, with starting pay at $17.50/hour. Training period includes incentives, with promotion to Mobile Expert and potential annual incentives of $18,000. All employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives. Employees are also eligible for stock grants.
