Job summary

Bar Partners / Amuze is seeking an Arcade Traveling Technician in Nashville, TN. The role involves inspecting, testing, repairing, and maintaining arcade equipment while collecting revenue and ensuring machines are clean and fully operational.

You will manage routes, troubleshoot and install equipment, respond to service needs, and maintain accurate records. Travel across bars and venues with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with practical problem-solving ability.
• Ability to learn and safely apply repair methods and safety procedures.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, documentation, and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with remote support.
• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet for work orders and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the route across assigned territory.
• Inspect and maintain arcade and amusement equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install as needed.
• Respond to service needs and emergencies.
• Control cash and records from service visits.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools.
• Document service activity and communicate status.
• Work safely and protect company assets.
