Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking a hands-on Senior Mobile Engineer to design and implement modular mobile solutions using Kotlin Multiplatform for Android and iOS. You will collaborate with backend engineers, UX designers, and product managers to deliver secure, compliant features in a regulated medical device environment.

You will champion Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and TDD/BDD, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and mentor junior developers while ensuring high-quality software that supports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of mobile app development experience.
• Experience in a regulated medical device environment preferred.
• Strong Kotlin, Compose Multiplatform, and MVVM or modular design skills.
• Familiar with Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
• Experience with dependency injection (Koin) and CI/CD.
• BLE integration experience.
• Knowledge of C#/.NET development.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
• Experience with cloud services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement mobile features for Android and iOS using Kotlin Multiplatform.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and participate in code reviews.
• Maintain the Windows-based programmer application and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
