About the Role
We’re seeking experienced Mobile Developers with strong native development skills in both iOS and Android platforms to join our team. This is a 12-month contract opportunity based in Charlotte, NC, requiring onsite presence at least 3 days per week.
You will be part of a high-impact engineering team, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to build, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade mobile applications for top-tier clients.
Employment type: Must be authorized and willing to work on W2 (no C2C or 1099)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain native iOS and Android applications using Swift and Kotlin
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to define app features and interfaces
- Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and quality across mobile platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and application bugs
- Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs as needed
- Publish apps to the App Store and Google Play
- Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code using Git or Bitbucket
- Support and implement application updates, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Deliver engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, design, development, integration, and testing, based on a proven Agile methodology
- Demonstrate hands-on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages
- Collaborate effectively with diverse client engagement teams, fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment
- Stay current on technology trends and provide strategic recommendations to support client needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 6+ years of professional experience in native mobile app development for iOS and Android
- Strong proficiency in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android)
- Experience integrating vendor SDKs and working with back-end services
- Familiarity with Apple’s HIG and Android UI/UX best practices
- Proficient with Git, Bitbucket, and CI/CD tools
- Strong understanding of DevOps, unit/integration testing frameworks, TDD, or BDD
- Bonus: Experience with Full Stack Development or Java as a primary backend skill
- Ability to work in a client-facing role with strong communication and collaboration skills
