Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification required.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude with testing & repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing home appliances preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 100% and work variable hours.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances in customers' homes.
• Deliver excellent customer experience.
• Provide value-added solutions to improve home comfort and protection.
• Keep company truck well-maintained and organized; manage parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
