Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. seeks a Mobile Analyst for a 12-month contract in Cincinnati, open to remote work in the EST timezone. The role partners with clients to identify, implement, and measure new digital experiences that extend native iOS and Android apps.

You will leverage mobile development expertise to design measurable experiences, collaborate with stakeholders, and translate business needs into analytics-driven outcomes within Adobe Experience Cloud and CJA ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Analyst on the Ecosystem Team serves as a strategic partner to Client, helping them identify, implement, and measure new digital experiences that extend the capabilities of their native iOS and Android applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage a strong background in native iOS and Android development and experiences to identify opportunities that enhance clients’ existing digital capabilities.
• Partner strategically with clients to identify new experiences
• Design and measure experiences that are additive to the data and behaviors Client already tracks, providing a more comprehensive understanding of customer engagement.
• Evaluate customer behaviors and journeys within native applications, including use cases such as recipe scanning, product discovery, and other commerce-related experiences.
• Develop a strong understanding of ecommerce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to help clients translate business needs into measurable digital experiences.
• Advise Client on what needs to be implemented within their native applications and analytics ecosystem to effectively capture and understand customer behavior.
• Assess what is and is not working within existing implementations and recommend improvements based on data, customer behavior, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure new experiences are implemented effectively and produce meaningful, measurable insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor by connecting technical capabilities, customer behavior, analytics, and business strategy to help clients make informed decisions.
