Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle maintenance; oil changes, etc.
• Minimum ten-year related experience or equivalent.
• Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance required.
• Excellent customer service, communication and computer and organizational skills within mechanical disciplines.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fleet coordination on ambulances and vehicles including maintenance and safety checks.
• Coordinate with dealerships for timely vehicle maintenance.
• Address escalated service issues with internal or external customers.
• Enforce vehicle safety codes and staff training requirements.
• Monitor maintenance, mileage and driver data for each vehicle.
