Responsabilidades

• Maintain fleet coordination on ambulances and vehicles including oil changes, inspections, and safety checks.
• Coordinate with dealerships to ensure timely maintenance.
• Resolve escalated service issues with customers and internal/external parties.
• Enforce and follow all vehicle safety codes and reporting requirements.
• Make recommendations for vendor products and services.
• Monitor maintenance inspections and conduct independent inspections at different locations.
• Coordinate disposal or redeployment of company vehicles as needed.
• Assist with preventative maintenance scheduling and vendor relationships.
• Track maintenance, mileage, and driver data until vehicle retirement.
• Maintain vehicle manuals and warranty information.
