Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience with product management and leadership.
• Strong experience working with data and metrics.
• Experience shipping and scaling high-quality consumer mobile products across iOS or Android.
• Deep understanding of native mobile interaction patterns, platform capabilities, performance, and reliability.
• Experience with rapid mobile prototyping, experimentation, and data visualization.
• Experience building data-driven flywheels for iterative improvement.
• Thrives in a small, agile team: has initiative and desire for ownership.
• 4+ years of product management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-leverage mobile user problems and translate into product direction.
• Partner with design, engineering, data science, and research to deliver fast, cohesive experiences.
• Own end-to-end mobile product lifecycle across iOS and Android.
• Define and drive mobile growth, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Balance platform constraints with innovative product ideas and tradeoffs.
• Communicate decisions, progress, and learnings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Guide cross-functional teams through uncertain decisions with conviction.
• Distill complex AI behaviors into clear, native mobile interactions.
• Align improvements across iOS, Android, web, and backend systems.
• Evaluate nondeterministic models for value to mobile users.
