Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts seeks a Field Technician to deliver high-quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. This mobile role requires daily travel in a company vehicle, upholding safety, accuracy, and customer service standards with OEM-compliant work practices.

Ideal candidates have ADAS and electrical service expertise, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to document findings clearly.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations, programming, diagnostics, and wire/connector repair.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power probes, and resistors.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Technologically savvy with Outlook, Teams, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Ensure services are documented per OEM guidelines and approved before execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with shops and stakeholders.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles; participate in training and meetings.
• Complete final billing per MCP guidelines and meet productivity/quality goals.
• Work Saturday on a rotating basis and stay flexible to meet market needs.
