Cat Daddy, based in Kirkland, Washington, seeks an experienced Mobile Ad Monetization Manager to lead in-game advertising for iOS and Android. You will oversee video ads, offer walls, and monetize strategies within a collaborative product team to enhance player experience across our mobile games.

You will analyze metrics such as eCPM and ARPDAU, run A/B tests, and shape monetization with cross-functional partners, while balancing user experience and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Video Ads campaigns on iOS and Android.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data.

Responsibilities

• Campaign & Video Ad Management: manage, analyze, and optimize Video Ads and Offer Wall campaigns.
• A/B Testing & Optimization: run tests to optimize monetization, including price floors and frequencies.
• Partner & Vendor Relations: select and maintain relationships with ad providers, networks, and mediation platforms.
• Product Collaboration: benchmark providers and propose improvements for video ads and offer walls.
• Cross-Functional Strategy: work with UA to align budgets and timelines.
