Johnson Controls is seeking a Final Assembly Operator in a 1st shift role in Wisconsin. You will set up, operate, monitor and maintain Final Assembly equipment and train operators in the area.

What you will do
Final Assembly operators set up, operate, monitor and maintain the equipment as well as the product processed through the Final Assembly area. Machine Operator III are responsible for all training and sign offs regarding training of operators in Final Assembly.
How you will do it
Must be 18 years of age and have a HS Diploma or equivalent. Must be willing to learn team skills and work in a team environment. Daily routine requires being on your feet nearly 100% of the time, walking, and standing, stooping or bending. Must be able to lift, push and pull to remove extinguishers along the assembly line and pack extinguishers where average to heavy weight is involved. Must be able to read, write, and understand simple math and work from blueprints.
