Johnson Controls in Marinette is seeking a Deep Draw/Udylite Operator to set up and run deep draw, trimming, piercing, and Udylite systems. You’ll ensure up-time, calibrate test equipment, and maintain quality samples for production lines. Training is provided; safety and precise procedures are required.
The role requires 18+ with a high school diploma, good judgment, and the ability to stand many hours. Prior experience with automated equipment is preferred.

The Deep Draw/Udylite Operator works under the supervisor in the Fabrication Unit. Sets up and maintains the deep draw, trimming, piercing, Udylite system and grit blast machines. This position requires Associates placed in the position to successfully complete specific training. These training requirements can be located on the Marinette Operations Training Matrix. The Machine Operator IV Non-Senior Operator reports to the Standard Products Production Supervisor. The primary responsibility of the Machine Operator IV Non-Senior Operator is to maintain equipment up-time by ensuring proper materials are at all the machine location and ensure fixtures and other wear items are changed within the proper intervals; providing a continuous supply of valve assemblies to the production lines to meet production requirements. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to, daily calibration of test equipment, quality inspections and testing of hourly test samples and recording required data from the assembly equipment and subsequent testing. The Machine Operator IV Non-Senior Operator is responsible for daily preventative and predictive maintenance, in addition to following all safety, setup and work procedures. Daily interaction with supervisors, engineering, and management is required. This position requires Associates placed in the position to successfully complete specific training. These training requirements can be located on the Marinette Operations Training Matrix. The company reserves the right to rotate employees to other departments or work assignments within the organization as needed based upon skill set, production needs, etc.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $29.52 - $31.54 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
