Job summary

Career Soft Solutions Inc is hiring a senior Project Manager for Healthcare in Boise, Idaho, on a 17‑month contract. The role focuses on leading technology projects for health care or state government, with strong emphasis on change management, data conversion, and regulatory compliance.

The position requires coordinating with Idaho state agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on‑time delivery, budget adherence, and successful rollouts across Medicaid modules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management experience in healthcare or state government.
• Experience with Idaho state agencies.
• Experience with Idaho Medicaid agencies.
• Experience with system and data conversion from legacy to new systems.
• Experience with change management, training, and communication to ensure a smooth rollout of new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Medicaid Management Information System modules from start to finish.
• Coordinate with vendors and project managers via a master schedule and governance to monitor risks, schedule and deliverables.
• Ensure final product meets requirements and deliverables for the EDW.
• Coordinate resources across multiple vendors and state teams through planning, implementation, go-live and certification.
• Analyse project progress and adapt as needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships and provide updates to appropriate audiences.
• Present to department executives and legislative body on project progress.
