Job summary

Betis Group, Inc. is seeking a senior Systems Analyst with deep expertise in healthcare claims, MMIS, and data conversion.

The role requires on-site presence three days a week with two remote days in Richmond, VA, and involves driving data validation, ETL design, and cross-team collaboration. You will lead SIT/UAT/E2E testing for MMIS and MES modules, coordinate defect triage across vendors, and ensure test coverage and traceability through Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• Proven Agile Testing experience including functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Strong data analysis skills: data conversion, mapping rules, validation, ETL design and logic.
• Experience with MMIS or Conduent, healthcare claims systems preferred.
• Mainframe testing experience and DB2 familiarity.
• Proficiency with test management tools (Azure DevOps or similar).
• Defect management leadership across multiple vendors and UAT.
• Strong problem-solving skills with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and customer-focused communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall Test Strategy for MMIS and MES modules (SIT, UAT, E2E).
• Test COTS applications and support data conversion across modules and products.
• Create and maintain Business Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data; assist with execution.
• Support releases, enhancements, and production defect resolution.
• Lead defect triage with vendors and track closure.
