Job summary
A New Beginning-Genesis 2 is seeking MMIC Design Engineers to join a focused team delivering high-frequency millimeter-wave ICs for advanced instruments. You will design, layout, and validate MMICs, collaborating with process and test teams to translate customer needs into robust solutions.
Relocation package is available; Santa Rosa location preferred; US citizen or permanent resident status is required. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on high-performance RF/microwave
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master/PhD in EE with mm-wave IC design experience.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of device modeling, thermal design, and packaging is a plus.
- US citizen or permanent resident required.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production test data and apply statistics to improve yield and reliability.
- Design, layout, and validate mm-wave ICs using industry tools.
- Collaborate with design, process, and test teams to meet performance targets.
- Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation.
- Support product development and new circuit introductions.
