UFC Gym - Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking an MMA Sales Manager responsible for driving growth in private coaching and combat sports programs. You will lead the transition from general membership to results-driven training while providing an exceptional experience for members.

The ideal candidate will have extensive fitness sales experience, strong MMA knowledge, and demonstrated success in coaching and supervising staff. Compensation includes a salary of $45,000 annually along with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in fitness sales, hospitality, or retail management.
• In-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques and MMA proficiency.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue goals for Private Training and Small Group Training.
• Lead fitness tours and convert packages into long-term programs.
• Coach and supervise fitness staff to meet targets.
