UFC Gym - Downtown Pittsburgh is hiring an MMA Coach responsible for enhancing member experiences through effective training and sales. Key duties include conducting private training sessions and achieving revenue objectives related to personal training and supplements.

The ideal candidate excels in customer service, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and has knowledge of fitness equipment and training techniques. This position requires flexible availability including weekends. Compensation ranges from $16.50 to $45.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Must have CPR/AED certification.
• Ability to work and execute successful weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private & Small Group Training with members.
• Responsible for achieving personal monthly revenue objectives.
• Conduct safe and effective private MMA training sessions.

Skills
