UFC Gym - Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking an MMA Sales Manager responsible for driving growth in private coaching and combat sports programs. This role requires leading the transition from general membership to results-driven training while ensuring a premium experience for members.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness sales, coaching, and Mixed Martial Arts, with the ability to motivate the training staff and manage a dedicated client base. A competitive salary and benefits, including health insurance and performance bonuses, are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fitness sales, hospitality, or retail management.
• In-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques paired with Mixed Martial Arts proficiency.
• Ability to remain active on the fitness floor and lift/move up to 45+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of monthly revenue goals for Private Training and Supplements.
• Lead fitness tours and convert introductory packages into long-term programs.
• Manage client appointment lifecycles and staff schedules.
