Job summary

UFC GYM - Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking an MMA Coach to deliver private and group training, drive member satisfaction and revenue through private coaching and supplement sales. This role requires weekend availability and strong customer service skills.

You will coach, promote UFC Gym programs and maintain a clean, organized training space while achieving revenue goals and delivering excellent member experiences.

Qualifications

• Amateur or Professional fight experience. Coaching experience with classes and private 1 on 1 coaching.
• Purple belt Bjj or higher.
• Knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell and Conduct Private & Small Group Training with Members.
• Assist members and encourage member involvement in private training.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking and workout programs.
• Assist in revenue generating activities including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops.
• Sell training sessions, conduct prospecting, and manage Turn-Over sales.
• Meet personal monthly revenue objectives for Private Coaching and Supplements.
