Job summary

UFC GYM in Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking an energetic MMA instructor to engage members through one-on-one coaching and lead engaging group classes that emphasize real techniques.

There are opportunities to instruct early morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend sessions. You will help members achieve fitness goals, support sales by converting first-time clients, and promote comprehensive training programs in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Kickboxing/Boxing/MMA experience or Group Fitness certification or KickBoxing/Boxing/MMA fitness training.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about fitness.
• Excellent communication, time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
• Related Degree Preferred (i.e. Exercise Science, Kinesiology)

Responsibilities

• Lead one hour fitness and technique group classes using real techniques.
• Demonstrate the value of private coaching by creating an outstanding experience for new and existing members.
• Assist sales associates to convert first time clients to members
• Guide and educate members and clients on comprehensive fitness programs.
• Work hard, have a passion for fitness and UFC, and bring enthusiasm every day.
