Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a dedicated private trainer to inspire clients through our Train Different philosophy. You will conduct safe MMA-focused sessions, maintain floor presentation, and support revenue-generating activities.

Ideal candidates have private training knowledge, strong communication, and possibly a certification or Pro-Am fighting background. A high school diploma or GED is required, with opportunities for continual in-house training and membership perks.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Certification and/or Pro-Am fight background.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Focus on changing lives through Service, Science and Sales.
• Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy.
• Bring TR.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life.
• Conduct safe and effective private MMA training sessions.
• Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces at all times.
• Assist in revenue-generating activities, including complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc.
