Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a dedicated private trainer to empower clients through tailored MMA-inspired sessions. The role emphasizes safety, space maintenance, and an engaging, results-focused approach to fitness.

You will collaborate across the gym team, promote the Train Different philosophy, and help grow the client base through high-quality coaching and on-site events. Strong communication and MMA training background are preferred.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of Private Training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Communicates clearly and concisely.
• Certification and/or Pro-Am fight background.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Focus on changing lives through Service, Science and Sales.
• Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its "Train Different" philosophy.
• Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life.
• Conduct safe and effective private MMA training sessions.
• Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the fitness floor and training spaces at all times.
• Assist in all revenue generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc.
