Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Medical Technology is required.
• Medical Laboratory Technician experience of 1–3 years is required.
• Licensure/certifications: ASCP is required; AMT and other associations are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate testing of specimens per established protocols.
• Reports test results in a timely manner according to lab protocols.
• Follows quality control procedures and regulatory requirements; ensures compliance with standards.
• Manages resources and workflow to maintain productivity and efficiency.
