Qualifications

• Assc degrees in Medical Technology or related field.
• ASCP certification required; AMT/AAB preferred; Tennessee board credentials preferred.
• Experience with routine laboratory testing and quality control.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and patients.
• Knowledge of laboratory information systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate testing of specimens per lab protocol.
• Report results in a timely manner following procedures.
• Maintain quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Manage resources and plan workload efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
