Qualifications

• Must have the specified educational credentials for Medical Laboratory Technician.
• Certification as MLT or eligible by a recognized agency.
• Clinical laboratory training with hospital/lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine analytical tests on biological specimens.
• Ensures specimen acceptability and follows protocols.
• Performs quality control and maintains equipment.
• Maintains patient safety and confidentiality.
• Supports lab team with accurate results and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
