Qualifications

• Must have an AS in Medical Lab Technology or equivalent.
• Completion of MLT program or military training within last 10 years.
• MLT certification or eligible (ASCP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tests on blood, tissues, and body specimens.
• Provide physicians with quality results using clinical laboratory equipment.
• Ensure patient safety and anonymity in all procedures.
• Conduct quality control and verify results meet protocols.
• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient lab workspace.
