Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a Specialty Laboratory 3-5 years required.
• Knowledge of tests and procedures to review findings and direct subordinates.
• Advanced computer skills and understanding of laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures for specimen handling, testing, and reporting results.
• Maintain quality control and instrument calibrations per SOPs.
• Identify problems affecting test performance and notify supervisors.
• Develop and implement training programs for new procedures in the Specialty Labs.
