The successful candidate will lead curriculum development, ensure NAACLS standards, contribute to student recruitment and admissions, and engage with healthcare partners

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an appropriate field (e.g., science, MLS, or business administration).
• Current national certification as MLS(ASCP)CM.
• At least three years of MLS experience with leadership and NAACLS qualifications for program directors.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate MLS lecture and laboratory courses.
• Provide leadership for curriculum development, student learning, and program assessment.
• Oversee accreditation processes and coordinate clinical education and affiliations.
