Job summary

Baptist Health Louisville's Laboratory is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist for a full-time, mid-shift role. The MLS will perform tests across chemistry, hematology, blood bank, and microbiology in a fast-paced environment.

New graduates are welcome to apply. A Bachelor's in Medical Laboratory Sciences or an Associate in Medical Laboratory Technology is required, with certification within one year of hire; prior experience with high-complexity testing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences or an Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent required.
• Must become certified within one year of hire.
• Previous work experience in high complexity testing preferred.
